Supplement Pouch Manufacturing FAQ
What is the minimum order for white label supplement pouches?+
Production runs start at one blend batch, about 5,000 cans, roughly 100,000 pouches. New brands can start much smaller with our Pilot Run program, a complete small production run of about 500 finished cans with your label on them.
What is a Pilot Run?+
A complete small production run for new brands. One flavor, one strength, about 500 finished cans with your label, produced in our FDA-registered facility. The flat fee is $3,500 and includes the blend, cans, label printing, a batch record, a product spec sheet, and a production quote. If you move to a full production run within 90 days, $1,000 of the pilot fee is credited toward it.
What ingredients can go into a pouch?+
Vitamins, botanicals, nootropic blends, and electrolyte and hydration blends are the categories we work in most. Bring your ingredient deck and target dosing, and our formulation team will tell you what works in the pouch format and how it should be built. Pilot runs use our existing flavor catalog. Custom flavor and formula work is part of full production programs.
How fast can we get to a finished product?+
Pilot runs typically ship 8 to 10 weeks from kickoff, driven by blend lead times. In-stock flavors can move faster, and we will tell you which ones qualify on the discovery call. Production runs are scheduled as soon as your sample and artwork are approved.
Do you handle the design and the labeling too?+
Yes. Our in-house design team builds logos, can artwork, and outer packaging that are ready for retail, and our labeling is built to meet requirements for your market. You can come to us with a finished brand or with nothing but a name.
Who owns my formula and my brand?+
You do. Your formulas, artwork, and brand assets stay your property, protected by NDA from the first conversation. We keep them on file only so your reorders are a phone call, not a project.
